Educational information may include enrollment details, course progress, exam preparation information, account information, and support requests.
Technical information may include IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, website usage data, referring websites, dates and times of visits, cookies, and similar technologies.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Information may be used to provide services, process enrollments, deliver materials, manage accounts, process payments, provide support, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
Users consent to receive appointment reminders, enrollment updates, customer service communications, course notifications, marketing messages, and promotional offers. Reply STOP to opt out.
4. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Users may receive enrollment confirmations, course information, educational updates, administrative notices, and marketing communications. Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from at any time.
5. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments may be processed through Square and Zelle. PCLI does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.

Shipping information may be used to fulfill and deliver educational materials.
7. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, and performance technologies may be used to improve functionality and measure effectiveness.

PCLI does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers and where legally required.

Reasonable safeguards are implemented; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Services are intended for adults and not individuals under 18.

PCLI is not responsible for third-party websites linked from its services.
