TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website, educational platform, products, services, digital content, physical materials, communications, and related offerings provided by PCLI.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Services may include CSLB exam preparation courses, Law & Business courses, Trade preparation courses, contractor licensing guidance, LLC and Corporation formation services, CSLB application assistance, RMO services, marketing services, educational materials, physical books, study guides, and online platform access.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
PCLI does not guarantee passing any CSLB examination, obtaining a contractor license, approval of applications, future earnings, contracts, or business success.
4. STUDENT ACCOUNTS
Accounts are for enrolled students only and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or provided to unauthorized users.
5. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Educational content may include videos, practice examinations, study guides, digital downloads, written materials, and live coaching sessions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, course materials, videos, text, graphics, documents, educational systems, and training methods are protected intellectual property of PCLI or its licensors.
7. PAYMENTS
PCLI accepts payments through Square, Zelle, and authorized processors. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
8. REFUND POLICY
All refunds are governed by the PCLI Refund Policy.
9. SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL MATERIALS
Shipping times are estimates only. PCLI is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond its control.
10. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Users consent to receive customer service communications, appointment reminders, enrollment updates, service notifications, and marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PCLI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, lost income, business interruption, examination failures, licensing delays, or lost opportunities. Liability shall not exceed amounts paid for the applicable service.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to defend and indemnify PCLI from claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
PCLI may use third-party providers and is not responsible for their actions or policies.
14. MODIFICATIONS
Terms may be revised at any time and become effective upon publication.
15. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of the State of California.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation and then binding arbitration in California.
17. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Users waive participation in class actions and representative proceedings.
